Introduction
Today many people have bachelor degree in law. However, both public and private sectors are seeking people who are specialized, and who have a deep knowledge of a specific field. This condition has spurred a competition among lawyers to have an expertise. LL.M Program in Public Law aims at satisfying this need.
The program provides an opportunity to those who want to have an expertise in one of the fields of public law. Graduates of this program can get promotion in their jobs, and they can have an access to further academic career by advancing their public law knowledge.
In this Program, several courses are offered corresponding to developments in public law and international relations. Among these courses are, administrative law, administrative procedural law, public international law, criminal law and criminal procedural law, constitutional law, EU (organizational) law, comparative Turkish-German criminal law, medical criminal law, law and politics. Students can freely elect from among these courses.
Student can write a thesis in accordance with their interests in one of the abovementioned fields, and they can apply for PhD Program after their graduation.
