This condition has spurred a competition among lawyers to have an expertise. LL.M Program in Private Law aims to satisfy this need.>
LL.M. Program in Private Law aims to offer participants to have an expertise in specific fields with which the participants have the opportunity to get new career opportunities and to create further value. Besides, the program aims to fulfill the deficiency occurred in bachelor degree by informing students about the developing law disciplines.
In this Program, several courses- 7 of which are obligatory, other elective- and one seminar course are offered corresponding to developments in law. Students can freely elect from among these courses according to their interest. The courses in this Program are organized in order to develop the ability to solve legal problems and to give the opportunity to correspond developments and changes especially in civil law, law of obligations, commercial law, competition law, intellectual and industrial property law and insurance law.
LL.M. Program in Private Law is a master degree with thesis and students may apply for PhD Program after their graduation.
