MASTER’S PROGRAM (Non-Thesis)
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program prepares students for a career in the dynamic field of marketing and brand management. Brand management is a globally-recognized, specialized function of marketing communication. Within the duration of this program, students acquire tools, strategies and develop business savvy to drive success around a company’s most precious asset – the brand.
This program is best suited to students who are creative, innovative and solution-oriented, are adept at strategic thinking, leadership and decision-making, thrive in a fast-paced, competitive and dynamic environment, and are proficient time-managers.
As a successful graduate, a student may pursue employment opportunities in the marketing field as:
• Assistant Brand Manager
• Brand Manager
• Brand Strategist
• Brand Strategy Manager
• Key Account Manager
This is an online graduate program, and each student is required to complete a 30-credit course work and a final project in order to receive a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Brand Management. There is no thesis in this program.
The medium of instruction for the program is Turkish. All of the courses in the program are taught in Turkish.
The program lasts for 3 semesters.
The course contents are prepared by designated professors, and are uploaded to the online education platform on a weekly basis. The course materials are kept online so that the students can access them throughout the semester. Midterms are conducted online during specific dates set by the professors. The final exams are conducted face to face, during the weekends at Cankaya University’s Balgat Campus.
Lectures are streamed live between 7:00pm-8:00pm and are recorded for students that either miss or would like repeat the lecture.
